As far as bakers go, Sweet Relief’s founder and head chef Deidre Lotecki is the best. She studied at the Culinary Institute of America, interned at world renowned French Laundry, and worked in the pastry department of The Fairmont Banff Springs and Calgary’s Deville before opening Sweet Relief. They only use the finest ingredients that are regionally sourced wherever possible.
